Slot 1	8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (5 hrs)	8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (6 hrs)
Slot 2	3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 hrs)	4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (6 hrs)
A 2-hour cleaning gap between slots is not available for booking. Max capacity: 100 guests.

Bookings accepted up to 180 days in advance. Check the availability calendar before submitting.

Policy Acknowledgements

I understand and agree that the Ballantyne Venue is strictly alcohol-free and smoke-free. I will communicate this to all attendees and accept responsibility for compliance.

I understand the payment terms: 50% deposit is due at time of booking and the remaining 50% balance is due 14 days before the event. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event.

What Happens Next

1. We receive your inquiry

Our team reviews the requested date and slot against our calendar.

2. Confirmation within 24 hours

We'll contact you by phone or email to confirm availability and answer any questions.

3. Booking agreement & deposit

We send your agreement. Your slot is secured once the 50% deposit is received.

4. Balance due 14 days before

We'll remind you when the remaining balance is due. Then you're all set!
